Before you write
Give us as much of this as you can — it is usually the difference between a fix and a guessing game.
- The device you are using, and which version of Android or iOS is on it.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Where in the game it happened, and whether it happens every time.
- Your player name, if the problem is with your account or your progress.
Getting your data removed
If you want your Junkyard Empire account and data deleted, you do not need to use this form. There is a dedicated page for it, and a Delete Account option inside the game itself.
What happens to your message
It is checked by hCaptcha and delivered by Web3Forms. The privacy page sets out what each of them receives and how long we keep it.
